ASSOCIAZIONE RIONE MADONNA DELLE STUOIE
The town quarter association "Rione Madonna delle Stuoie" takes part to the cultural and entertainment events organized by the association "Ente Palio Città di Lugo", like the traditional feast "Sagra di S. Francesco" and the historical celebration "Contesa Estense".
It also organizes several events within the municipal territory (like the Halloween's celebration), working also in collaboration with other associations and groups of the area. "Rione Madonna delle Stuoie" takes part with its group of musicians and flag waivers, or with its tug-of-war team, to events and traditional feasts in other towns as well as in Lugo. The association has a peculiar attention for what regards the historical research in the making of costumes and parades, following the typical Renaissance style which is typical of the time in which the Este dominated here in Lugo around the XV century.
