VILLAS, HISTORICAL RECIDENCES AND THEATRES

There is a lot to discover in the heart of “Romagna d'Este”: the town residency of Gioacchino Rossini, the rural house of Vincenzo Monti and the sumptuous villa of the counts Rasponi.
Ancient and modern music and plays are being performed at Lugo’s XVIII century Teatro Rossini, which is considered to be the “prototype of Italian theatre”, at the recently restored XIX century municipal theatre in Russi and at Teatro Carlo Goldoni in Bagnacavallo, one of the smallest and most charming theatres in Romagna.
