The bed and breakfast is centrally located, but in a quiet road of Alfonsine; rooms are on the ground floor, comfortably equipped with kitchen, living room and TV. There are also a private garden and a car park. There are three rooms (one of which has a double bed) with two shared bathrooms; the place can accommodate up to six guests.

*Notice: Warning: according to the current laws, the individual operators are free to establish the prices for hotel facilities and structures, while the high season period is established by the Province. Operators communicate the maximum prices valid for the following year by 1st October. By 1st March they can communicate any increases in the above prices with validity from 1st June. This site contains the maximum prices communicated by 1st October 2011, which are valid from 1st January 2012. In order to avoid misunerstanding and possible disputes, it is advisable to consult the “Price Table”, which must be shown in the reception area of all accomodation facilities, and to enter into agreements in which the prices (high or low season) and other contractual clauses relating to the stay are defined.
